Join Jenny & Kate for a beautiful ceremony weaving cacao & rose to open our hearts, voices and connect us through the magic of women’s circle (open to all self-identifying women). The ceremony will be a lovingly crafted journey through the chambers of the heart, where we’ll journey through:

♥ a cacao ceremony & a rose tea ceremony:. consciously working with both plant allies to activate the sweetness of summer in our bodies. The rose tea will be brewed from hand-foraged wild rose petals. The cacao comes from the depth of study that both Jenny & Kate have journeyed with for many years.

♥ somatic meditation and movement, to reconnect fully to our bodies. With the hustle, bustle, buzz and excess heat & light of summer, we can feel frazzled and become disconnected. Jenny will guide gentle, skilled somatic work so you feel more deeply connected to your self, your body, your heart, and all it holds.

♥ grief & gratitude expression: allowing the fullness of the heart to be felt. For to feel one thing more, we must feel it all more. And the heart is where we hold all of our love, both that which brings sweetness & that which feels tender. You will be held in safe, loving space as you allow the fullness of your heart to express.

♥ sounding & voice medicine: activating our voices in free-flow sounding, and guided group exercises led by Kate, who has been studying sound medicine & Celtic shamanic practices for many years. If you have any fear about ‘singing’ or expressing with your voice, don’t worry. These practices are specifically to heal any contraction of expression, and ‘ability’ doesn’t come into it!

♥ singing circle: singing together has a medicine of its own. We sing ourselves back into connection with ourselves, and our sisters. There will be guided call-and-response songs, which can bring out their own emotional release and medicine (song books will be provided!)

♥ sound medicine sivasana: Kate will hold you in the blanket of her incredible sound journeys, to softly integrate the medicine of the ceremony. These sound journeys are an experience of their own, and can be where the most potent magic happens.

♥ sisterhood sharing circle: and of course, the red threads that weave it all together. Sharing in circle, and simply sitting with sisters in sacred space. Bringing all that wants to be felt, spoken, heard, and healed.

If this is your first time to a women’s circle or cacao ceremony, you are so welcome. Both Jenny & Kate are incredibly welcoming and hold sweet, soft, space, powerful spaces. No prior experience is necessary.

Jenny & Kate are so excited and humbled to be weaving together their magic & friendship in this ceremony. They have both studied under the same Cacao Mentor many moons ago, and journeyed deeply into their own medicines of somatics, embodiment and sound. Working deeply with rose as a plant ally in this moment, they heard the call to bring Her medicine to more sisters, so we can all reconnect to our hearts, and the Heart of the Great Mother Gaia.
